23 Phillips Street Plainfield, CT 06374

***OPEN HOUSES CANCELLED*** Welcome to 23 Phillips Street, a charming colonial sitting at the very end of a quiet dead end street in Plainfield. With a brook running just beyond the yard, this is the kind of setting where you'll find yourself lingering outside with your morning coffee, listening to the water and enjoying the privacy that comes with being the last house on the road. The partially wraparound farmer's porch sets the tone the moment you pull in. Step inside to an open foyer that leads you right into the living and dining area, where hardwood floors and character throughout give the home its warmth and personality. The kitchen connects to both the dining area and a large bathroom, and main floor laundry adds everyday convenience. Upstairs you'll find all 3 bedrooms, each with ample closet storage, keeping the sleeping space separate and quiet. Out back, the low maintenance fenced in yard gives you room to relax, garden, or let the dog run without spending your weekends on yard work. If you've been searching for a home with charm, a peaceful setting, and a porch you'll actually use, 23 Phillips Street is one you'll want to see in person.
